Essay 2 !
Changes and their effects
There
are some proposals and situations that have been put forward in the past that
may pose problems related to Health Management. However, there are also some
problems and natural solutions if these suggestions are processed in detail.
Like everything that undergoes change, they can create problems as well as
benefits. The important thing is to utilise the maximum potential from this
change.
If we start to be linked to local governments and politics
institutions , for instance, Ministry of Health, people working in public
health will lose their sense of freedom and at the same time our ability to
freely defend our rights will be taken away. As these changes exceed the
expenditure required for citizens, their material well-being will decline.
It is planned to attempt to merge a quasi-independent health
organisation under the auspices of another organisation. In some places people
do not prioritise and keep up to date with public health education. New
recruits will feel the need for further educational development after new
changes and time working with more diverse and useful trainers. The hunger for
new knowledge, the utilisation of practical solutions and leadership that
health educators face will give the country significant political leadership.
To
conclude, the changes can be regarded as unproblematic from a broad
perspective. Expenditure in the public sector can be handled smoothly when
economic methods are favored. The most beneficial choices should be made in the
evolution of education and health development. When
we pay attention to these details, we will reach the maximum efficiency we aim
for.
